Frank has more than three decades of experience providing general accounting, audit, tax and consulting services for nonprofit organizations and privately-held companies including manufacturers, distributors, technology and service providers. Becoming a trusted advisor and helping clients through such challenges as succession planning, mergers and acquisitions enables Frank to provide consulting and guidance that is truly tailored to each client’s needs.
As a Director of Reilly Benefits, Frank provides extensive technical expertise to clients who need audit and compliance services for their employee benefit plans, including retirement plans and health & welfare plans. He has provided professional services to employee benefit plan sponsors for more than 25 years, with specialized training and experience in 401(k) plans, 403(b) plans, profit sharing plans, , money purchase programs and ESOPS, among other specialties.
Frank is relied upon by his clients to help them fit the pieces of their financial management together into a coherent “big picture,” an ability that goes back to his youth. His first job was at a coin shop owned by his aunt and uncle when he was 15. He enjoyed helping collectors find missing pieces to complete their collections, as well as learning how to grade and buy coins.
Frank joined G.T. Reilly in 1980 after graduating from Stonehill College in Easton, MA, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Accounting.

He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, as well as the Peer Review Acceptance Board of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Accounting & Auditing Committee of Moore Stephens North America.

He also devotes his time locally as treasurer of the Quincy Rotary Club, as a member of the Friends of Christopher Columbus Park and Friends of North End Library, and as a coach for South Boston Softball.

In his spare time, Frank enjoys family time, cooking, sports, fine dining and wine, theater and concerts. He lives in the North End of Boston with his wife, Robin, and daughter, Olivia.
